Helped me .For example for the question what is charter party ,I just answered it is a contract and stopped ,and let the surveyor asked between whom and flow of questions.

For all answers I took pause ,think in mind then only spoke.

From the last encounter in oral what I understood is after failing in initial 2~3 questions ,I quit the battle and though it's not worth answering and stopped .It doesn't work like that ,u never know that even from the last answer u can pass .
